How to install Soon on your phone and computer

Install Soon on all your devices for quick and easy access.

Soon is a so-called Progressive Web App (PWA), a new kind of app that combines the best of web and platform-specific (native) apps for an ultimate user experience. A PWA does not require to be downloaded through an app store, is always up-to-date with the latest version, is very lightweight in terms of size, and can be installed on any device.

We recommend installing Soon on your mobile and computer for quick access and an improved user experience. Additionally, we suggest enabling email notifications to get instant updates on last-minute schedule changes.

Installing on your phone

Make sure you navigate to the correct sign-in domain when installing Soon on your device. If your team is on the Enterprise plan, you will need to navigate to your team’s private sign-in page.

Android

Installing Soon on Android only works from the Chrome browser.

Install Soon on Android by navigating in the Chrome browser to the Soon public sign-in page or private sign-in page for Enterprise clients.

On Android, you are automatically prompted if you want to install Soon on your phone. By confirming the message, the app is directly installed and added to your Home Screen. If you decline this message, you will still be able to install Soon at any time by tapping on ⋮ more options, selecting Install app, and confirming the installation by tapping Install. Soon will show up on your home screen like a native Android app.

iOS

Installing Soon on iOS only works from the Safari browser.

Install Soon on iOS by navigating in the Safari browser to the Soon public sign-in page or private sign-in page for Enterprise clients.

Unlike Android, iOS does not automatically ask if you want to install Soon on your phone. You will need to install Soon manually. Beyond that restriction, however, it’s quite similar to Android. To manually install Soon, tap the Share icon, scroll down and select Add to Home Screen, and confirm the installation by tapping Add. Soon will show up on your home screen like a native iOS app.

Installing on your computer

Soon works in every browser. However, to install a PWA on your desktop, you will need to use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Both browsers offer built-in PWA installation systems.

Chrome

Install Soon on your desktop by navigating in the Chrome browser to the Soon public sign-in page or private sign-in page for Enterprise clients.

When navigating to the sign-in page, Chrome will show a + symbol on the address bar’s right side next to the bookmark button. Clicking the button will prompt you to install Soon. Once installed, Soon acts like a native app.

Chrome also offers an option to install Soon by clicking the ⋮ more options button in the top right corner and selecting Install Soon.

Edge

Install Soon on your desktop by navigating in the Microsoft Edge browser to the Soon public sign-in page or private sign-in page for Enterprise clients.

When navigating to the sign-in page, Edge will show a + symbol on the address bar’s right side next to the bookmark button. Clicking the button will prompt you to install Soon. Once installed, Soon acts like a native app.

Edge also offers an option to install Soon by clicking the ⋮ more options button in the top right corner, clicking Apps, and selecting Install Soon.
